Description Misja CLA 2006-04-25 08:48:38 EDT
I am running Eclipse (3.2 RC1a) remotely on a Windows 2003 Server machine using Microsoft's remote desktop.
If I want to install a new feature and I choose Help -> Software updates -> find and install -> Search for new features to install, and then I specify a site, everything goes fine until the feature is ready to install: It will then stop because it says there is insufficient diskspace. It always says that there are 0 bytes available on the C drive, which is not true of course.
It doesn't matter if I specify a remote, local or archived site. I have write access to the c drive and am able to install other software.

I do not have this problem if I run Eclipse on my local machine.

Hi they were some changes in this regard during this cycle can you retest this with the latest build?

I just tried the nightly build of 26-4 but got again the same problem.

Most probably this does not have anything to do with remote desktop since remote desktop as far as I know is just sending gui images to the client. The code is executed on the server. So in the light of the bug 142815 this looks to be win 2003 specific. I marking this bug as duplicate of bug 142815.
