If a complete refresh of the progress view happens any finished jobs will be created but any associated actions will be lost. This is because we currently wait for a task update to create the link. We need to do this at creation time.

STEPS
1) Load the jobs example
2) Create a job with the KeepOne property and a goto action
3) When it is done it should have an OK link - it loses the link
