When there are accelerators on Labels in a section of a TabbedPropertySheetPage, the accelerator is active even when the property sheet view does not have focus.
In fact, if an accelerator on the TabbedPropertySheetPage section is the same as an accelerator on the main menu, the property sheets accelerator supersedes the main menu accelerator.

Given that this is an issue with your section rather than the tabbed properties framework, were you able to solve the issue?
