in 3.2 M6 pull down the navigate menu while in the Java perspective with a Java Editor open and notice that there is no key binding in the menu to indicate that "Open Resource..." is Ctrl+Shift+R.

This was working in 3.1

This seems to have been working in build I20060214 but was then broken in 3.2M5 (I20060221)

Update IDE plugin.xml file

Updated the definitionId in the plugin.xml file to include the binding commandId for Open Resource.
