Support user ability to select a zip file using LTA import wizard "browse" and automatically process the configuration file in the zip. The zip may contain a set of artifacts specified in the configuration file. All of these should be imported in the one action.

This has a dependency on the launch in context configuration work.

The user scenario for this is that the output for the log collection is a large zip file with all log files and its associated log set as well as  other usefull information.
LTA users have reiterated the need for LTAs to process zip files with log sets since the expansion of these files often requires a lot of disk space and requires one to indicate the GLA for the files.

The user would like to be able to import locally/remotely the zip file and open it within a single import step.
