I am using Eclipse 3.2 M5a This error is hard to reproduce, but is occurring frequently (Several times a day) Scenario is the following: My editor area is maximized. In the background an other Eclipse application was started using the debugger. This application is logging some console output. In some cases the toolbar of the console view is becoming visible and accessible (This time, I organized imports and saved the current editor, after this, the toolbar became visible) See the attached images.

On more thing: Even after minimizing and maximizing eclipse the toolbar is visible. When I re-sized the eclipse window the toolbar kept its position (so it must be an absolute position. After minimizing the full-screen editor and then maximizing it again the toolbar is gone.
