Steps to reproduce

1. Install Eclipse 3.2M5a Platform Runtime
2. Try to install new features from the Callisto Update Site
3. Select the EMF Service Data Objects (SDO)
4. Press 'Select Required'
5. The dependencies are not resolved completely.

The dependency that is not resolved is:
Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF) 2.2.0.v200602241118-25CBLxJKfw
(The version number is for the Callisto release)

This bug is similar to bug 133822, 131584, and 133823, although on SDO.
