I remember this being asked on newsgroups. I also had to explain this confusion to newcommers.

The Run button is mislabeled and causes confusion. It does not Run - tt Re-runs. That is, if I have a class with a main method and press Run, I expect the class to be run. Instead, something else happens - another program is run.
