The default mirror RSYNC stanza states a specific file exclusion list so that Nightly and Integration builds don't go to mirrors, as these file consume lots of space, bandwidth and are fairly low-demand.

download.php currently does not take this list into consideration, offering users a full list of mirrors for these excluded files when infact there are none.
