Attachment buttons are always initially enabled even when there's no attachment file or no file selected. Click on them does nothing but will make them disabled. This is very confusing for the user.

Closing by default since not closed by the originator in the 7+ months since being resolved.  

Please reopen if the issue is still present in the latest TPTP release or the resolution is not correct.
