build i0309

- create a new Runtime Workbench launch configuration
- it creates one (in my case) called New Configuration(5)
- the default workspace location is /some-path/New_Configuration(5)

When I change the name of my launch config and apply the changes, the workspace location doesn't change. I would like it to be:
  /some-path/my-new-name

Can we keep track of whether the location is the default or if the user typed it in and adjust accordingly?

This is not currently possible because the dynamic variable support in core.variables is not this dynamic.
