One of our IBM product uses eclipse/SWT 3.0.2 which has a bug in the Combo box implementation. In SWT 3.0.2, the width of the combo-box is incorrectly computed when there are DBCS characters (Chinese and Japanese characters) in the Combo box. This defect has been fixed in later version ie 3.1.0. We would like to know if we can get an APAR fix for this defect, so that we can ship our product without upgrading to another version.
Sonia, are there any plans for a 3.0.x release?
We can run another one. Please increment the fourth segment of your affected fragments and let me know when you are ready.
Steve, this is an IBM issue. I don't believe that Eclipse.org is using any more 3.0.x release.

Steve, you are correct and this bug report should probably be closed. Harish, please work within the IBM field support process for this. Contact me offline if you have questions about that.
Ok, I'm marking as WONTFIX. We can reopen this bug and consider the fix for inclusion in a 3.0.x release (if any).
>This defect has been fixed in later version ie 3.1.0. This bug has already been fixed in a later version of SWT, so marking it WONTFIX was wrong.
