Case:

setDescription("Specify the location (URL) of the project's Javadoc 
documentation.\nExample is 'file://c:/myworkspace/myproject/doc/'. This 
location is used by the Javadoc export wizard as default value and by the 'Open 
External Javadoc' action.");

When the windows font is set to Windows Standard (Extra Large) the last part of 
the text is cut off. >20020402. JRT

Which class did you try this in? I am tried by using your supplied text in a 
our preference pages and this came out fine.

You should set the description before you create contents (i.e. in the init() 
method) otherwise you run the risk of it being created with a size to small for 
the text you want to use.

Also be sure to test this having reset the Windows settings before starting 
Eclipse - SWT does not get all of the changes sent to it so sizes may be 
incorrect if calculated based on the startup fonts.
