The I have set JavaDoc location for the JAR files like rt.jar in JRE. However, when I go to generate javadoc for my project, I go to the screen where you can "Select referenced archives and projects to which links should be generated", it says that javadoc location for rt.jar and the other JRE libraries is "not configured" so I have to manually enter it again. It seems like this should be pulling in its location just like the archives in my project do.
