steps
1. export > Team > Team Project Set, and make psf file
2. open new workspace, create a project and copy the psf file
3. click the psf file, and select "Import Project Set..." of the context menu 

Result
Problem Occurred dialog pop up as below information and fail.
This works fine in M4 driver.

An error occurred importing this project set.
