Steps to reproduce:

1. Create class

public enum TestEnum
{
    Test1
    {
        
    };
  
    public abstract void test();
}

2. Test1 does not define method test(), so the red icon appears on the left. Click that icon. "No suggestions" appears, although "Add unimplemented methods" option should appear.
