Every morning when I start Eclipse, I always do a "Team, Sync with Repository". This function ALWAYS reports that some resource is out of sync with the file system and that the CVS update therefor cannot be made. So, each morning I ALWAYS have to do a Refresh before I go for Team Sync again.

Why isn't there an automatic refresh when Eclipse is restarted or when Team, Sync is chosen?

There is a preference to refresh automatically (The Path from the Winodws/Preferneces dialog is General>Workspace>Refresh Automnatically).
