I downloaded and extracted build I20060217-1115. I then loaded an extension directory (i.e. Help>Software Updates>Manage Configuration>Add an Extension Location). After the install, the prompt to restart was behind the Product Configuration dialog but it had focus. Luckily, I could just catch a corner of the No button.
