Given the following "code" with the "Folded comment" block folded:

// a
// b
//
//
/*
 * Folded comment
 */

Marking the two lines of the "a" and "b" comments and cutting them unfolds the formerly folded "Folded comment".
It doesn't matter wether the blank comments are there or not and it also happens with folded code, not only comments.

Additionally cutting a folded block doesn't cut the contained text but unfolds the block.
Cut and paste with code folding enabled needs to be fixed.

Tested with builds I20051215-1506 (3.2M4, platform + JDT) and M20060118-1600 (3.1.2, SDK).
