The website seems to be really loaded currently. It's somewhat slow (even Bugzilla has been more responsive). I was trying to download one of the recent integration builds.

I wasn't able to download even one of the following builds (eclipse-SDK-I...-win32.zip) because it wasn't available on any of the listed mirrors.

Most download links gave cryptic error messages in FireFox (550 could not change directory or 550 no such directory). I noticed that's a ftp error message for "file not found".
