Description Steven Jin CLA 2006-02-13 18:05:37 EST
I know it is probably a bit late for this, but we just realized that our "Java and Mixed Language" debug extends JavaApplicationLaunchShortcut to create the launch shortcut.

For standard launch configuration, the "Java and Mixed Language" debug extends the AbstractJavaLaunchConfigurationDelegate, which is part of the public API. So similarly, we should have a public API for Java launch configuration shortcut as well.

I'd really appreciate if this request can be made into eclipse 3.2. If not possible, can you please advice me how to work around this by not using the internal API.
