From bug 111247.

- open the progress view
- minimize it (don't close it)
- create a sync on the whole workspace
- synchronize
- notice the "!" icon in the corner (for the progress)
- click on it
- nothing happens
- restore the progress view
- note that the finished sync job is still there

Expected behaviour is pressing the "!" button would clear the finished sync job since there are no interesting messages to pass to the user.
