Compare With > Revison... opens History view. Before it opened a revision editor ("Revisions of..."). Now I have to use double-click to get the comparison (force to do more user interaction), single-click is no longer working and each time a new compare editor is opened.

Technically speaking, it was improper for the old compare revision editor to not follow the platform open strategy. I admit that in the context of a compare it was perhaps more convenient to support single click and we will need to give this some consideration.

Opeing muptliple editors is a bug we need to fix. We already have a strategy for reusing editors in the sync view and we shoudl transfer that to the history view.

- History view now always tries to reuse a compare editor where possible

- History View now follows the platform open strategy

Can verify in I20060213-1200 or later.
