I20060124

1. In workspace w1, check out v1 of 2 projects (A and B)
2. In workspace w2, tag A and B as v2
3. In workspace w1, select both projects
4. Replace with > Another branch or version...
5. Refresh tags
6. Select v2 then OK
Observe: Only v2 of project A is checked out. Project B is still with version v1

It looks like "Refresh tags" didn't refresh the tags of B

We do not plan on addressing this issue in 3.3.
