The "Add Bugzilla Query" should be replaced with an "Add Query" item that allows the repository to be chosen.  For this we will need an extension point or API that allows the query page to be specified.  This will allow other repository providers to integrate into the query page and search page in a similar way to how the BugzillaSearchPage shows up in both (but some clean-up will be needed there too).

Done.  Still need to bring some query support out of Bugzilla and into the common stuff, but that will continue to happen gradually.
