The UI components of the dynamic probekit that's not included in TPTP are:
 - Conversion of java project to probekit project
 - Probekit registry under the prefrences
 - Launch configuration for probekit

This defect is dependent on 109684

This feature is just for the UI components.  Bug#109684 is for the non-UI components.  I'll try and take care of the UI as well as the non-UI components for this feature.  If I was short of time, I might request for some assistance from the UI team.
