Using the validation examples.

1.  Go to Window > Preferences > Modeling > Validation > Constraint.
2.  Check / unecheck certain rules.
3.  Click Apply and click Ok.  RE-open the preference dialog.
4.  Click on 'Restore Default' button, click Apply.


RESULT --> Nothing happened, the setting is still the way it was when last
updated.

EXPECTED RESULT --> Restore default setting and rules selection
