Eclipse Platform already has the feature <<Compare with Local History>> where it shows snapshots of the code at times it was same.

Could you go a step further and create a version snapshot of all the code in a Projects and it related projects, tag it and it become a version snapshot.

Purpose and Scenario:  You are writing code and sometimes will make edit to a number of file implementing a file.  It would be nice to have a rollback all edit done to a savepoint.
