Whenever I checkout the Photran/fdt sources and install the cdt3.0 patches, the gnuMakefileGenerator.java file which is part of the org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core plugin will not compile due to a missing argument in 2 method calls.  I have a patch that will fix it and will send it to you if you would like.

This patch should be applied to /org.eclipse.photran-misc/photran30-cdt30-patches/org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core/src/org/eclipse/cdt/managedbuilder/makegen/gnu/GnuMakefileGenerator.java.
