Description: Column width unit need to be set twice.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a table column.
2. Set column width value.
3. Then select width unit, the unit list is refreshed right away. You need to select it twice if u need to edit it.

We current model evnet mechanism, we can't control refresh.
