Description Anders Høyer Svendsen CLA 2005-11-17 06:16:49 EST
In general, when I make alterations to a JSP page the changes are not deployed
to the server when doing a "run on server"/"debug on server".

This also goes for Java code although it is only sometimes that the code
running on the server is not updated.

Usually it can be fixed by doing a project-clean. Cleaning both the dynamic web
project and the enclosing ear project. This is not that great a work around
though since on a large project this is very time consuming.

I use OC4J as application server using the generic server definitions. I have
made my own definitions for OC4J. I do not think that this is what causing the
problems though.

Kind regards
Anders Svendsen

I believe this is due to builder that updates .deployables. This builder and
.deployables is removed for 1.0

This bug was moved to 'closed' state, since it is so old is is assumed its dup, invalid, or worksforme resolution is no longer in qustion and the bugzilla needs no further attention. Feel free to re-open, or open a new bug, if this semi-automatic processing was done in error in this case.
