You will have to do at least one archive file export first, to see the problem.
*File > Export > Archive File
*When a default file name is provided for the selected archive type, say zip, 
and you change the archive type to the other type (tar) the default name of the 
file remains filename.zip.  It should change to .tar when you change the file 
type to tar and vice versa.
