Description Todd Main CLA 2005-11-09 15:54:01 EST
When looking at the list of Problems for a Java project, I am often frustrated
because the warnings in the list do not correspond to the labels in the
Java/Compiler/Errors/Warnings preferences. I have to guess which one I want,
then apply the change, which causes the whole project to be rebuilt. Then I
find that I chose the wrong one.

Why not allow the user to right-click on a warning or error in the Problems
window and change the "Ignore/Warning/Error" preference for that warning type.
Or provide a "supress this warning type" choice in the right-click menu. Or,
at least provide some hint in the warning to tell me which setting to change!
