1.Create a chart in the layout.
2.Select "Pie" chart, select "2D with hight".
3.Click "Format Chart", select "Series-->Orthogonal Series", you will see the 
layout has some overlap.

The Meter Chart-->Format Chart--->Series-->Orthogonal Series has the same 
problem.

Can be reproduced in eclipse 3.0. Need to set default alignment to LEFT TOP

Delete the empty composite.
