The context menus of working sets should offer the ususal 'New' menu that is
available on all resources. Note that "Alt+Shift+N" works when a working set is
selected.

When creating a project when I had a working set selected, I would also expect
that the working set includes the newly created project afterwards (so I don't
have to take the cumbersome way via configuration).
