Build: I20051018

I was trying to work mouseless for awhile, but got stuck in the sync view.  If
the Synchronize view is active and has no changes (such as the conflict mode
when there are no conflicts), then Ctrl+Function keys no longer work.  I.e., I
can't open the view menu with Ctrl+F10, or switch to another view with Ctrl+F7,
or even launch with F11.
