Currently only renames work.

To be more specific, only renames of Java types work, and they only work for the active context.  Participating in Java refactorings and resource changes could resolve this limitation.

Tentatively planning for 0.6.0.  A related issue is migrating the handles from contexts stored on the server when an old context is loaded.  This should be possible via the new Refactoring History support in 3.2.
