Select the Properties tab. Resize the entire Eclipse window so it's around 1200 pixels wide and the horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom of the properties view. Now click to the right of the "thumb" that's on display in the properties view (that is, click in the "space" between the thumb and the scroll right button. The view should scroll "one page" to the right. Under most circumstances, this would scroll the entire view such that the right edge of the view is on display. Instead, we seem to scroll a fixed interval of around 20 pixels or so. It appears we're treating "scroll a page" as if it was the same as clicking on the "scroll right button" (which eqaully appears to scroll around 20 pixels). Note that all other views that I've tried are correctly scrolling "a page" in this case.
Fixed. We were correctly calling setMinSize() on the scrolled composite as shown in the SWT snippet. We were missing calls to setPageIncrement() on the scrollbars however. There is a code snippet in UI forms I used as the basis of the fix. Committed to R3_4_maintenance and HEAD.
