It would be nice if I could drag an outgoing changing with no change set into 
an existing change set ... rather than needing to right-click, Add To >

Yes this would be useful but it is not trivial and the logical model integration
support make shack this area up a bit anyway so we need to hold off until that
work is completed.

I'm afraid we won't be able to fix it in 3.6. Removing the target milestone to match the reality.

I'm sorry, this would be definitely a nice feature to have, but we don't have the manpower to address it at this time. Patches will be accepted.

You may be right. However, depending on the eventual fix, the feature could be available only for CVS Change Set. In that case, the current component is fine.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got
resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some
reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it.
The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you
still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is
(for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
