UI features desired for multi-user chat

Support threads, so messages about different subjects aren't interlaced.

In what context and/or protocol does this bug apply to?

Does this bug still apply now that a year's worth of development has past?
Comment 2 Scott Lewis CLA 2007-02-08 13:24:39 EST
Marking this bug as invalid because context has changed quite a lot...and number of UI improvements in both XMPP chat and IRC chat have indeed been made since bug was filed. Also, the desirability and priority of threading UI has to be established before the design and implementation is taken on.
