Process view size is small enough Eclipse 3.2M2 now show a horizontal scrollbar and when
jobs have some activity job entry is jumping horizontally (left-right) few pixels. Together
with constantly resized horizontal scrollbar his is quite distracting.

By the way, I actuially liked the process view in Eclipse 3.0 (or 2.x?) when it
has a percentage and no progress bar at all. The only problem with that approach
is that percantage were shown at the back of the label and I even filled a bug
to move it up front.

The horizontal scrolbar is removed in build >20050928
