Proposed solution is to add an option of queueing the query and to e-mail the
results to the requester.

Done.  There is an option on the Live Download Stats that allows queries to be
placed in the background, allowing them to process to completion before sending
the results in an e-mail.

It also allows you to run several queries simultaneously.  This is more
efficient than running multiple queries sequentially.
