This bug report may need to be re-routed to its rightful component -- my
apologies if that's the case.

Reproduce:
New -> Project -> Java Project
In the Project name field, enter a very long name containing invalid characters
and watch the error message populate the title and desc area at the top of the
wizard dialog.

To see the full message, I have to go to the description and scroll down manually.  

The problem is that there really is no indication of being able to scroll down
(i.e. no scroll bars).

Is there a way to make it more obvious that there's more to the error message
and the user needs to do some scrolling?

Please post a screenshot of the message that required scrolling.
