Problem Description: Duplicated mnemonics on Plug-in Content panel 
Re-create Procedure: 
1. On the menu bar from the main Workbench panel, click File > New > Projects 
2. Select Plug-in Project 
3. Click Next 
4. Put tvt in the Project name 
5. Click Next 
==> "Plug-in Provider" & "No" have the same mnemonic (O). 

Note: The problem is caused by fixing TCT 536.
