The New Class Wizard doesn't persist the generate comments selection checkbox.
It does persist all of the other checkboxes. This means I need to keep checking
every time I do a new class wizard.

The default is persisted on the code style preference page.

I had no idea there was such a selection. The link on the new class wizard takes
you to the wrong page. It takes you down one level too many. I had no idea the
actual setting was one level up in the tree.
