No HTML's content property pages are displayed for IFile/IProject
which are defeined in org.eclipse.wst.html.ui/plugin.xml

I can see two issues.

a) For IProject

   Not nature but another new way needs to be used for new project
   support

b) For IFile

   The exact same id is assigned, but the different id needs to
   be specified.
