When generating javadoc, the wizards second screen offers the opportunity to configure various packages 
by browsing to their javadoc location. After that, when selected, javadoc adds links to these docs. The 
problem is that the next time javadoc is generated these settings are forgotten and one has to start again 
configuring them all.
