Javascript error dialog comes up when user clicks on Install RAR button in the 
admin console using the built-in browser.

The javascript error doesn't occur if the user opens up the admin console for 
the server using an external browser.

To get to the Install RAR button, click on Resources->Resource Adapters in the 
admin console.

I marked this as major because it doesn't look professional when a javascript 
error comes up.
