Problem Description:
Steps:
1. On the menu bar from the main Workbench panel,
click File > New > Projects
2. Select Plug-in Project
3. Click Next
4. Put plug-in in the Project name
5. Click Finish
6. Select Overview Tab
On the result panel, "Platform filter" is English.
