Problem Description:
steps:
1. Go to File=>New=>Projects=>Jave Projects
2. Click Next
3. Put Java project in "Project name"
4. Click Finish
5. Select Project=>Properties from main menu
6. Select "Java Code Style"
7. Select "Formatter"
8. Click "Configure Workspace Settings"
9. Click "Show"
10. Select "New Lines" Tab
In the result panel, there are two "F" mnimonics.

One for "at end of file",
another for "Insert new line before closing brace of array initializer".

Fixed for 3.1. Changed one mnemonic to z.

Dirk, the combination of the target milestone (3.2 M1) and comment 2 (fixed in 
3.1) confuses me a bit.  Is this fixed in both the 3.1.1 and 3.2 streams?

Sorry, its a typo. I only fixed this for 3.2 since the PR was not marked as
major. Please let me know if back porting this to 3.1.1 is important.

Fixed for 3.1.1 as well. Affected properties file is:

org.eclipse.jdt.ui/org.eclipse.jdt.internal.ui.preferences.formatter/FormatterMessages.properties
